On a road trip out of Vancouver, WA and return. Took a hit from a rock in the passenger side of windshield. Stopped in at Specialty Auto Glass at about 3:15 PM and found out they could get us right in and repair chip. While the fellows in the back were working on the chip Teri W. Was helping me get the insurance side taken care of up front. Chip was fixed and insurance billed by 3:50 PM.
